Places to Stay

Like all large cities, London is well equipped with hotel rooms to suit any budget. Here is a list of ideas to start you on your journey.

The biggest question is always 'Where to stay?' in regards to what location of London. While the game will be held in Tottenham, which is about 35-45 minutes from central London, there is not a lot to do there outside of game day so we recommend staying closer to central London.

The area known as the 'West End' is the hub of tourism and theatre, this is always a great bet for being at the centre of everything. Anything around Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Charing Cross or Oxford Circus Underground stations  will put you in a great spot, but keep in mind it may be much more expensive than staying a bit further out.

London's business district is known as 'The City' and while it may be very busy during the week, the weekend will possibly be quieter. Similar to the Canary Wharf area.

You could also go further afield from central London and use the areas of Paddington, Kensington, Gloucester Road or Waterloo. Our recommendation is if you stay further out, try to choose somewhere fairly close to a London Underground station. After a long day, it's nice having a short, 5 minute walk back to your room if you've just gotten off a long train ride.

If you'd like to be close to the Browns parties, keep an eye on our Events page to see where they will be once we know more.

Hotels

London has many hotel chains you will know, along with a few chains that aren't found in the USA. Here is a quick guide.

Booking.com

This is a great search engine for looking at overall prices and comparing brands. Along with hotels, it also shows results for private residence apartments, hostels and even boats!

Premier Inn

Premier Inn is a British mid-range hotel chain found all over the UK. We've used them for club events in the past and always found them to be clean, reliable and friendly. Central London also has a budget friendly range of Premier Inn's call Premier Inn Hub, which are very small rooms but right in the heart of London.

Other hotel chains in London you may recognise include Holiday Inn, Marriott, Hilton and Radisson to name a few. Other options for the budget conscious are no-frills hotels such as Ibis and Travelodge.

You may be tempted to stay close to the airport and travel into London each day. Keep in mind you will be travelling a 30-60 minutes each way and the travel costs will add up. We recommend trying to stay closer to central London so you don't have too far to stumble after the celebrations each day.

**If travelling from the USA, keep in mind hotel rooms are often smaller in the UK and often have just one bed. Please bear that in mind when searching.
